In line with NCC‘s sustainability goals of reduced energy and water consumption, Ecolution Consulting was commissioned to conduct an in-depth assessment of the premises regarding energy and water consumption. Over and above the thorough walkthrough assessment a detailed measurement of electrical consumption was conducted, interpolated and checked against metered data and bills. The result was a clear understanding of where and when resources are consumed, what could be considered wasteful and how this could be improved to move to a truly resource efficient and comfortable office space.
