Gateway West
LEED Commissioning
The Gateway Offices, developed by Atterbury sit on either side of one of the main piazzas to the Mall of Africa which has direct access to the luxury court of the Mall. The building is one of two identical buildings. They are mirror versions of each other and are designed to be visually reminiscent of the ancient concept of gatekeepers to a city. Ecolution performed the LEED commissioning process as per Ashrae 0-2005.
