LEED Commissioning

The French-based multinational, Schneider Electric was the first tenant in the 4-story Allandale building which opened in September 2016. Situated in the business heart of Waterfall City, the building staff enjoy easy access to the Waterfall City Park and Mall of Africa. Ecolution Consulting performed the LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning process as per Ashrae 0-2005

As the appointed Commissioning Authority on this project, Ecolution Consulting was responsible for the Enhanced Commissioning of this building. This means not only were all the building energy systems commissioned, as per Fundamental Commissioning, but the operation and maintenance of the building is also supported through the development of system manuals, verification of staff and occupant training, and a 10 month operations review.
